For this mise-en-scène project, I used a colorful graffiti backdrop and styled the scene with props like a skateboard, boom box, and spray paint to create an environment full of energy and self-expression. Since I didn’t have a model, I turned the camera on myself and used a timer to capture these portraits. Some of the images include motion blur — a result of me moving around when the shutter clicked — but I chose to include those moments intentionally. They reflect something real about me: I’m always in motion, constantly creating, and rarely sitting still. This series is a playful, imperfect, and honest snapshot of my personality and the things that inspire me.
