For this project, I explored the technique of light painting—a creative process that involves using a slow shutter speed and a handheld light source to “draw” in the air. Using an RGB LED light, I created a series of images featuring flowing ribbons of color, a glowing heart, and the letter “J” for Jennifer. Each photograph captures a unique moment where movement, light, and time intersect to form vivid, expressive visuals. This gallery showcases my favorite results from this experimental shoot, highlighting the magic of long exposure photography and the spontaneous beauty of painting with light.
