This project was developed as part of a collaboration with the U.S. Department of State through the American Spaces program. The objective was to create a series of visually engaging designs that celebrate influential American figures while aligning with established campaign branding and messaging guidelines.
Each design focuses on a different American hero, including figures such as Muhammad Ali, Aretha Franklin, Jackie Robinson, and Emily Dickinson. The challenge was to create a cohesive visual system that could adapt across multiple individuals while maintaining a consistent identity. This was achieved through the use of bold typography, high-contrast imagery, and a refined color palette inspired by American themes.
The designs incorporate layered compositions, halftone textures, and strong visual hierarchy to create impactful and recognizable visuals suitable for both print and digital formats. Special attention was given to balancing historical significance with modern design aesthetics, ensuring the work feels both timeless and contemporary.
This project demonstrates the ability to work within structured guidelines while still producing creative, visually engaging solutions across a series of related designs.
